HEATING SYSTEMS
Buildings contain many systems which provide an appropriate environment for the users and allow them to carry out activities safely and comfortably. Most buildings are equipped with heating systems and these come in many different forms. I have translated many user guides, technical specifications and operating instructions for solar systems, domestic hot water and central heating installations. In addition, I have translated technical guides for industrial boilers, such as fire-tube boilers and shell boilers, and planning documents for domestic hot water heating systems Other documents translated include operating instructions for ventilation and air-conditioning systems, including devices that prevent the propagation of fire and smoke through these systems See below for a more in-depth overview of my experience in the area of heating technology:
REFERENCE PROJECTS:
Solar systems, and various components such as collectors, assembly systems, storage systems and controllers
Other topics dealt with include flow rate control, return temperature control, cylinders heated by conventional heat sources, comparison of the thermal transfer coefficient (k-value comparison) for sizing, pressure drop and performance diagrams.
Installation of flue systems, concentric flue systems, flue gas routing
Installation and maintenance instructions for wall mounted gas condensing boilers:
through-roof installations
combustion air supply in concentric flues
clearances from windows doors and roofs
